- When the registered Consumer is deceased, the Spouse (Husband / wife) may request Name Change by completing the fields below
- Please ensure that the current bill is paid.
- Not applicable for disconnected Consumers.
- No fresh Security Deposit needs to be paid, as the existing Security Deposit held in the registered Consumer's name would be transferred in the Spouse's name. However, the Company reserves the right as per Statutes to realise any shortfall in Security Deposit at any point of time on demand from you, failing which the supply is liable for disconnection upon serving statutory Notice.
- Upon successful submission of the application,the Name Change would be effected from the next billing cycle subject to the Terms & Conditions.
