The revamped app is designed to offer an easy, convenient and intuitive array of features for availing all of CESC’s digital services to Consumers.
Consumers can now avail a personalized user interface through the ‘light’ and ‘dark’ modes and access up to 5 different accounts. Consumers can also edit their details such as email address, phone numbers, date of birth at the tap of their fingers. Information such as consumption and payment history can be viewed at ease on the revamped app and Consumers would also get proactive notifications about their due dates, units consumed, status of latest payments, and any planned maintenance activities in their area.
Registering for any complaints such as a supply outage has never been easier for CESC Consumers, as it can now be done through a single touch on the app. A dashboard has been created for Consumers to view the status of their lodged complaints. All other digital services such as opting for a change of account name, requisition for security deposit refund, applying for voluntary disconnection, reconnection and more can also be done on the app effortlessly. All online bill payment services have been integrated in the app for a smooth payment experience. Consumers may also view and download the PDF versions of their monthly bills on the app or register for a paperless E-bill. The company’s maiden Customer Rewards Program – “E-Points CESC Digital Rewards” is also accessible on this app.
For the first time in the history of CESC, applicants can now apply for a new connection end to end through the mobile app of the company, view their application status and pay their security deposits. In line with our commitment towards building an eco-friendly and sustainable future for our mother earth, CESC has also enabled a provision for its existing industrial and commercial Consumers to switch to green energy, on the revamped mobile app.
The revamp of CESC's mobile app marks a significant leap forward in enhancing Consumer experience and accessibility with its intuitive design, streamlined navigation, and robust features.
